Mike plays blues classics and some other songs suited to open tuning slide guitar on acoustic Dobro resonator guitars. Blues songs are by artists such as Robert Johnson, Leroy Carr, Elmore James, Bessie Smith, St Louis Jimmy Oden, Tampa Red, and Willie Dixon. More modern (only 50 years old!) songs are by Rolling stones, Eric Clapton, Eagles and R.E.M
Mike's 'Resonating' set has been well received at numerous music festivals including Glastonbury, Richmond Live, and Guisborough R&B Fest.
